I am a qualified yoga teacher with seven years of experience teaching in different settings in Leicester, Loughborough, Newcastle and Ghana. I bring a holistic, therapeutic approach to create deeply enriching experiences. For me, yoga is a holistic lifestyle medicine that helps to foster deep exploration, connection and transformation.
I offer a variety of styles including:
Dynamic Flow: Energising sequences to build strength and flexibility
Slow Flow: Gentle movement for mindfulness and relaxation
Yin Yoga: Deep stretches to release tension and improve flexibility
Yoga Nidra: Guided meditation for deep relaxation and stress relief
My teaching approach is caring, creative, and inclusive, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and supported.

Class 3: Yoga for Self-Discovery: Inner Journey
This introspective class blends mindful yoga sequences with therapeutic reflections to guide you on a journey within. Through creative and nurturing practices, you will be encouraged to connect with your true self, uncovering hidden layers and fostering self-awareness.
